2. Delivery Area & Time
• We only ship to Metropolitan France and EU member states. Delivery to other regions is not available.
• Standard shipping to Metropolitan France: 5–10 business days.
• EU cross-border shipping: 7–15 business days.
• Free shipping is available for orders over 【Amount】EUR. Standard shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
• After dispatch, a tracking number and link will be sent to your email.
• EU cross-border logistics updates may be delayed. Please contact customer support for help if needed.
4. Taxes & Duties
• All orders within the European Union include relevant taxes. No additional customs fees or VAT will be charged.
5. Shipping Issues
• If your package shows as delivered but not received, please check with your local courier or contact our support team.
• Damaged or lost parcels during transit are eligible for free replacement or full refund.
