1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return or refund within **30 days** of receiving your order, for reasons including manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, or dissatisfaction with your purchase.
- Returned items must be in **brand new, unused condition**, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. No stains, scratches, or signs of wear will be accepted.
- Custom-made, limited-edition, or blind box "rare/secret edition" items are not eligible for non-defect returns. See individual product pages for details.
### 2. Return Process

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Package the item securely and ship it via a trackable shipping service. Please keep your shipping receipt for records.

3. Refund Terms- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
- For non-defect returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost (proof of postage required).
- If your order was paid with a discount code or coupon, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid, and the coupon will not be refunded or reissued.
4. Exclusions Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
- We cannot accept returns for orders older than 30 days. However, we may offer repair advice at our discretion, based on the item's condition.
